We often get asked how often should i get my boiler services - in short annually !
1st service with us is normally a full strip down service and all required seals replaced then its depending upon the boiler manufacturer - some say every year others say every 3 years - dont worry we will keep you informed accordingly.
Once a customer has had a service done we keep a close record of when your gas boiler service is due and send a email reminder
If something goes wrong - dont worry we are here to help - often its a simple issue that’s easily sorted out - with our expertise you can be sure you wont get left in the cold - we aim to get repairs completed asap and we do carry most common parts as van stock
Eventually things become beyond repair and a new more reliable appliance is required - we will give you a honest opinion on the best course of action.
